LFR7AIX (STi) plugs are one step colder than stock and recommended for STi's with mild bolt-on's and higher boost.
BKR7EIX (WRX) plugs are one step colder than stock are recommended for WRX's with mild bolt-on's and higher boost.
BKR8EIX (WRX) plugs are two steps colder than stock are recommended if you are running a bigger turbo and pushing more than 150hp over stock.
These plugs DO NOT come pre-gapped.
