These are the same mounts we use on all our high horsepower Evos including the STM Ricer, Cessna's record-setting 9 second RS and Shawna's 9 second daily driver.
The Avid Racing aluminum motor mounts are CAD/CAM designed of 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum for high horsepower applications to help eliminate wheel hop and engine movement. These kits come with the 75A polyurethane inserts, giving the car a solid feel throughout.
If you drive your Evo on the street, the rear dogbone (race kit) may be too much vibration for daily driving.
A 3-Piece SOLID Pro-Billet Race Kit is also available for 5 speed transmission. This kit is only recommended for race cars. The engine and
transmission mounts are full solid billet and the dogbone mount utilizes 90A
durometer bushings. This kit does not include the front mount.
