Emery's 2005 EVO VIII RS

This car has seen many different set-ups and has already broken the stock block record, FP Red record and stock-frame turbo record, and also ran an impressive 9.3 @ 152 in FULL street trim! Now on its current set-up with the STM FF Turbo Kit and Built Buschur 2.0LR Motor this Evo has seen a best of 8.71 @ 168, and was recently featured on the cover of DSPORT Magazine's November 2012 issue!

STM's 2005 Evolution VIII - "Ricer"

After setting the bar for the stock block 4g63 in 2008, that 10.0/142 mph is still holding on to 2nd place, bested only by another STM car. Now the STM Ricer is sporting the new PTE 6765 turbo making 871 HP and has seen a best of 8.75/167. Holding it's own on the track against full-out race cars, the Ricer still features leather interior, full glass, HID's and, meticulously cared for, constantly hits the pages of magazines... and isn't too bad on the street when we head out to dinner.

STM's 2013 GT-R

So far with an STM COBB Tune, STM Y-Pipe and HKS Exhaust, we have seen a best of 10.8 @ 128. Will this car be on the same level as the two Evos above? Time will tell. For now... it's a great daily driver!

STM's 2011 Evolution X

The newest addition to the STM line up. Making 347HP/343TQ with an STM tune, and minimal mods this X runs consistent mid 12's and looks damn good doing it.

Cory's 96 TSI "EvilTSI"

Cory's car has been under construction for about 2 years. Still on the factory 7-bolt 4g63, this car features a very custom forward-facing turbo, aluminum exhaust piping and even went so far as to cut off the front end of the car! His first day at the track was in front of hundreds at the 2010 DSM Shootout... and it did not disappoint, running consistent 10.7's @ 130's. Best time to date: 10.3 @ 136...

Eddie's 98 GSX

This 2g project went from an average DSM goal of "Just make it run" to "Let's cut the front end off and do some cool sh*t!" And so, this white DSM devil got a major STM overhaul with a custom front end, fresh engine bay paint, forward facing turbo, STM purple brake kit and everything else that shines on there. Within less than a week of being on the road... he's got a D-Sport Magazine shoot under his belt.

Ryan Jenks' Evo VIII

This car has been testing limits since day one. Stock motor, 35r this thing was terrorizing the streets with an incredible 511 HP, but honestly, STM is always pushing that envelope. He wanted a record, so off with the 35r and time to shed some weight... This Evo currently holds the quickest stock turbo record at 10.1@132... The new owner of the car pulled it off the trailer, untouched, and trapped 134, solidifying this Evo's place in the top spot for fastest and quickest in the world!

Shawna's 04 Evo VIII

Shawna's daily-driver Evo, with over 147,000 miles, running the new BR 2.0LR, rocketed down the track at an incredible 9.97 @ 143... in full street trim! Still retaining the A/C, leather, Brembos and even navigation, this is how the car was driven everyday... a true, nine second, daily driver.

Chris Cessna's Evo RS

Chris' car is quite simply one of the many wonders of the world. The goal with this car was to run a 9 on the stock motor. After numerous and consecutive 10.0 passes, it finally started busting out the 9's with a best of 9.76. This is the first ever stock bottom end 4g63 to run a 9, and now holds the fastest MPH on the stock motor with a 150 mph 1/4! For 2011 this car is sporting a Buschur 2.0 and STM Forward-Facing Turbo Kit... and 150 more HP since the 9.7!

Austin's 92 Stealth R/T

Austin's car is on a mission to break records, but when his lightweight/stock turbo plan came to gain attention, he got a lot of criticism. After an extreme diet along with the carbon hatch and hood, now pushing 472 TQ and 373 HP out of those stock turbos, his first night at the track, he SHATTERED the stock turbo records, and ended with a best of 10.9 @ 127... Needs a cage before we can head back to the track.

Justin R. 05 Evo VIII RS

Justin's beautiful RS is now running the new STM Tubular Manifold with a PTE 5557 and AEM EMS. He was at 413 HP and 333 TQ on 93 octane, but we just retuned it on E85. Using all the existing parts from the build, we got it up to 446 HP and 383 TQ! She is begging for more fuel now, and it's on the way for 2011. Stay tuned.

Brandon M's 05 Evo VIII

Brandon's gorgeous Evo is a stock turbo, street machine! No gutted, tin can here, Brandon's E85 tune with a sneaky set-up hides a Buschur 2.0LR motor making 409 HP / 438 TQ with a best of 11.2 @ 122. This car is real solid on the street with a nice, low-end power band!

Brandon's 2004 STi

Brandon's project STi... With 283 TQ and 266 HP he drove his car to see a 12.5 @ 108 with a cat-back, downpipe, mbc, walbro and STM tune. That's about $900 in parts and that put him at #14 on the fastest stock turbo STi list. The new set-up includes Brake Man Drag Brakes all around...

Mike F. 90 Talon TSI AWD

Mike's 90 is another, local E85 STM tuned car. Making 364hp/364tq on our Mustang dyno, Mike recently knocked off an 11.00 @ 124.7! This car is cursed with the STM "00"! Ricer had it, Cessna had it and now this talon is trying to break the mold. With tons of consistent low 11 second passes, his daily driven 10-second "pump-gas" goal is within sight. Oh yeah... stock bottom end 4g63 too. Stay tuned.

Mark M. 06 Evo IX RS "Lana"

Mark's gorgeous IX is all about business! He set his goal during this build to have the fastest stock-turbo-powered Evo... and he got it! On 6-11-10 he ran a 10.6 @ 128. STM put a very unique design into this E85 powered engine bay. Looks like it's working out!

McCarty's Evolution VIII

This stock motor, E85 Evo VIII running our STM Forward Facing Kit with a PTE6262 turbo, was a stock-block, Evo Dyno Queen over here making 519hp/428tq! Never even bothered with the track, this car was a serious street machine!

James' 04 Evo VIII

James' car is another testament to just how awesome the Evo really is! Another stupid-fast stock-block Evo running low 10's... on PUMP GAS! Running the STM forward facing 35r turbo kit, he was able to drive his car to the track, run a 10.2 @ 137, then drive her home. Making over 500 WHP on the stock motor, this car was letting the rest of the world know how it's done.

Dave's 2005 Evolution VIII

This Evo has been running one of our first custom made STM tubular manifolds for quite a few years now. With a 35R and AEM EMS, making 408hp and 304tq and sees some very respectable low 11 second passes at the 1/4 mile on a daily 93 octane tune.

Jesse's 96 TSI AWD

With an AEM tune, Jesse's stock block, 30r, full weight TSI on E85 has seen a best of 11.1 @ 127. Daily driven, salt, rain, snow, heat you name it. This car went through it all and hit the track on the way home.

Nick's 97 GSX

Nick's DSM is equipped with the STM Forward-Facing 2G Manifold, as well as a custom STM intercooler, radiator set up, intercooler pipes and exhaust. This car came in from S.C. and got some major fab work done. Best of luck to Nick in his 2011 racing season!

Ricky's 2G DSM

Ricky was making just over 300 HP/TQ on his modest 16G... But recently he was performing some magical feats to get the "GST" to "hook up" a little better... Sneaky.

Mark's 03 Evo VIII

Mark's red Evo was definitely a terror on the streets and at the track. Running the stock turbo (along with a lot of other stock parts) this car saw a best of 11.0 @ 124 with the AEM tune, 100 octane and spiking to 28 psi. Mark got his wish for 10's, however, with his white IX above!

Khary's 2003 Evolution VIII

Khari's Evo was another beautiful, Rochester car. This car was making 320 whp and his car ran an 11.5 @ 119 on the stock turbo and an STM ecu flash. We look forward to seeing numbers from his new Evo X!

We couldn't ask for a better STM family!

2012 Evo vs Subaru - E-Town NJ

Since STM just finished up the RS, we decided the best place to "test" it out would be in front of hundreds of people, customers and race fans alike. After a rough "start" to the morning (thanks for the help Jack!) we got the RS running and after 2 test passes, we lost to a Subaru... breaking out of our "11.50" bracket and running a 9.3 @ 152!! It was an awesome day. Surrounded by great friends and got to meet a ton of great people and to those great people: Thank you for the kind words and support! Thank you for making the first STM trip of the year a great one!

Epic Motorsports & Fatetteville DSM/Suby Shootout 11-15-09

We had a great time in Fayettevile, North Carolina and it was an honor to have the Ricer make it's first pass on the new Buschur motor down their 1/4 mile! The Ricer saw a few 9 second passes, Cessna's Evo broke into the 10's and Scott's GSX trapped nine, consecutive 123-125 passes. The guys at Epic Motorsports were more than welcoming at their Dyno Day on Saturday! Thanks for all the help and we sincerely hope to see ya'll soon!

Street Car Shootout 9-13-09

This is the Second Annual Street Car Shootout sponsored by STM, Rochester Racing, Living Color Tattoo and many more! This event is open to any and all street cars running a license plate, registration and inspection! Settling the King of the Streets battle once and for all at the track with a head's up pro tree and cash in hand to the winners!

2009 Buschur DSM Shootout - Norwalk Ohio

We had a great time at the DSM Shootout this year. STM was first line at the track and up at the butt-crack of dawn! We didn't have our drag cars out running this year but alot of our crew drove their cars the 5-6 hour trip. Austin's Stealth may have broken the stock-turbo 1/4 record and Shawna's 99 GSX made the trip on E85 the whole way. James and his Evo even came along with his STM front mounted turbo set up and small radiator. Can't wait till next year!

2008 Buschur DSM Shootout - Norwalk Ohio

Trying our hardest to get a 9 second, stock-block run out of the Ricer, the first 3 runs we had a problem with the coils on the Ricer, but after fixing the problem we got two back-to-back runs in of 10.1@142. Stock 4g63 motor- The head has never been off the block. It has ARP head studs and 272 cams. No porting. 35r/C16 @ 37 psi. What a great time with all the support from the crowd!
