STM FRONT LIGHTWEIGHT BRAKE KIT

STM Front Brake Kit for 90-99 DSM allows you to shed 30 pounds off the weight of your car, and 11.7 of those pounds is rotating mass! Not only is it lightweight, but it looks pretty damn good too. Choose between the scalloped or standard rotor and choose your hat color: Black, purple or gold.
STM ALUMINUM WHEEL SPACERS
The STM Aluminum Wheel Spacers are machined aluminum and hollowed for an extra lightweight advantage. These spacers are available in 15mm and 20mm and feature the STM logo, along with a clearly marked mm size. Spacers are sold as a pair. Elongated wheel studs are required. Fits 90-99 DSM and Evo VIII-IX.

The STM T3 Turbo Manifold for the 95-99 DSM is tig welded in-house of schedule 10 stainless steel and includes a V-band flange, designed to run the TiAL MVR 44mm Wastegate. Manifold is available with or without the wastegate. Click for more information.
STM FORWARD FACING MANIFOLD
(95-99 DSM)
This is the most direct, performance-minded (and not to mention dead-sexy) manifold for the 2g DSM on the market! Flanged for a T3 turbo, features stainless steel runners and mild steel head flange. Purchase the manifold alone or as pictured with PTE 6262 (Journal or Ball Bearing). This manifold places the turbo in the front bumper, open to the atmosphere. You will need to trim and cut. STM WELD-IN ALUMINUM O2 BUNG

You'll receive four feet of lightweight, Russell ProClassic line, four Russell AN fittings and two STM valve cover fittings, along with a stainless allen head bolt and washer to fasten to your intake manifold. This STM Coolant Overflow Reservoir for Evo VIII-IX features a convient fill cap, and made in-house of aluminum and utilizes brass fittings, stainless hardware and high-quality silicone hose. This design places the Reservoir between the intercooler and radiator allowing you to completely remove your stock, plastic overflow from the engine bay. The welded bracket allows you to use existing bolt holes, so no drilling of the car is necessary.

The STM Aluminum Lower Intercooler Pipe features polished, tig welded, 2.5" piping and is designed for the STM Forward Facing Manifold. STM 3" 2G INTAKE PIPE KIT (NO MAF)

The STM 2G DSM 3" Intake Pipe is made in-house of lightweight, polished aluminum and are designed for cars running without the MAF with a 3", 2.5" or 2.25" turbo inlet. Includes your choice of 3" K&N filter or Vibrant filter (pictured). 95-99 DSM. Click for more info.
STM INTAKE PIPE KIT (MAF SENSOR)
(EVO VIII-IX)
The STM Intake Pipe is designed for your VIII-IX running the stock MAF sensor and will adapt to any stock-style blow off valve. The pipe will free up power and let your 4g63 breathe while giving your intake a bit more aggressive sound. Included in the full kit is a K&N Breather Filter for your valve cover. STM 2.5"/3" INTAKE PIPE KIT (NO MAF)

Made in-house of lightweight aluminum and designed for cars running without the MAF. Includes a Vibrant air filter, 2 hose clamps and your choice of 2.5" or 3" high-grade, silicone, coupler for your turbo inlet. Fits Evo VIII-IX. If equipped with the factory ACD, the intake pipe will be a bit different.

The STM 4" Intake Pipe kit is designed for cars running no maf with a 4" turbo inlet. It comes with a K&N air filter, high-quality silicone coupler, polished aluminum intake pipe and two hose clamps. One of the easiest ways to lose power is to have a simple leak in your system. The STM Boost Leak Tester comes with your choice of STM Reducer Coupler to match your turbo outlet, T-Clamps and 3" aluminum coupler with nozzle to test your boost pressure and ensure your set-up is solid. STM REAR CRASH BAR

The STM Rear Crash Bar is designed to fit the 2006-2007 Subaru STi rear bumpers. Made in-house of 1 5/8" chromoly steel, finished with satin black enamel with new mounting hardware included. Weighs only 11.1 pounds vs the stock bar at 29.75 pounds. The Rear Crash Bar will remove 18 pounds and help keep the rear of the car boxed in, while still offering a bit of protection. The STM Front Crash Bar is designed to fit the 2006-2007 Subaru STi front bumper. Made in-house of 1 5/8" chromoly steel, finished with satin black enamel with new mounting hardware included. Weighs only 6.95 pounds vs the stock bar at 26.85 pounds. The Front Crash Bar will remove almost 20 pounds and help keep the front of the car boxed in, while still offering a bit of protection. STM PARACHUTE MOUNT KIT

STM has been running this set-up on our 8-second Evo, seeing speeds of 170 mph at the end of the 1/4 mile with not a single problem. The STM intake manifold sensor adapter gives you an 1/8" NPT thread allowing you to cleanly attach a map sensor, pressure sensor (or any other of your choice) directly on your Evo VIII-IX or 95-99 DSM manifold.

Our STM -6AN aluminum fuel rail fittings for the 90-99 DSM and Evo VIII-IX are machined in Rochester, NY and will include 2 stainless allen cap bolts and lock washers to fasten to your fuel rail. 2G DSM and Evo use the short fitting pictured left as both inlet and outlet. 90-94 DSM use the short fitting as the inlet, the longer as the outlet.

If you are having crankcase pressure issues, the STM Dipstick Vent may be able to help. This features a -6AN fitting welded onto the dipstick for ease of venting the crankcase. Venting the block is better than the head as it will allow your oil to return to the pan faster. The air that vents out of the valve cover rushes up from the block through the oil return passages causing the returning oil to slow down and sometimes push back up into the head leaving the pan dry. STM Throttle Shaft Seals. Sold as a pair. When these seals wear out, they can cause leaks, sticking, and jamming of the throttle plate. We tested a car on our dyno at STM with OEM leaky seals...
